This email address serves only a technical purpose; during the application process, a different contact email address may also be provided. The Capa Center will communicate with applicants via the contact email address.  <\/p><p>Please do not provide personal data outside the designated fields (e.g. in the CV).<\/p><p>Information about the applicant<\/p><p>In the case of an individual applicant<\/p><ul><li>name<\/li><li>portrait photograph (JPEG format, minimum 1200 pixels on the longer side)<\/li><li>place and date of birth (Individual applicants must be over 30 years of age, i.e. born on 31 December 1996 or<br>earlier.)<\/li><li>permanent address<\/li><li>mailing address<\/li><li>contact email address<\/li><li>secondary contact email address<\/li><li>mobile phone number<\/li><li>citizenship (Applicants may be Hungarian citizens or foreign citizens living in Hungary):<ul><li>Hungarian citizen<\/li><li>foreign citizen<ul><li>purpose and duration of stay \u2013 documents verifying the purpose of stay may be requested by the organizers at any stage of the application process<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>In the case of a collective (creative group)<\/p><ul><li>information relating to the collective as a whole<ul><li>name of the collective<\/li><li>registered address of the collective<\/li><li>email address of the collective<\/li><li>secondary email address of the collective<\/li><li>phone number of the collective<\/li><li>secondary phone number of the collective<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Personal details of the members of the collective (maximum 5 persons) (The data of the leader of the collective must be provided first; the leader guarantees the authenticity of all submitted data. Each upload may not exceed 10 MB or 21 pages.
